How does shipping costs work?
We try to give everyone the same conditions for shipping costs. This means everyone should pay around $6.90, £6.90, or 6.90 EU… in their currency. Small deviations cannot be ruled out.
How long does it take till my package arrives?
It depends on where you live and when you placed your order. Roughly, it takes about 7-14 business days for your package to arrive.
What should I do if my package is damaged or I don't want it anymore?
1. If it's damaged, we immediately send you a second vest, no questions asked. But keep in mind you need to send the damaged vest back to us so we can confirm your situation.
2. If you don't want it anymore, you need to be aware of the 30-day return policy. If you are in those 30 days, no problem; send the product to us, and as soon as it arrives in good condition, you get your money back asap.
